A former employee who had previously expressed concerns about racial discrimination received a new job offer from TNTCO after a year and a half in response to the ongoing allegations of unfair treatment towards multiracial employees. In an attempt to allay complaints and show that it was committed to resolving internal problems, the company suggested hiring someone with experience in social media marketing.

The ex-employee, however, turned down the offer and expressed her extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment. "When I worked for TNTCO, I had a strong sense of passion for what I did," the former worker stated. "After all the partnerships, new clients, and strategies I brought to the business, all I wanted was a raise. Rather than complying with my request, they raised the pay of a sales representative who shares the same race as management. The racism in the organization has to end because it is upsetting."


The worker's reaction draws attention to a larger problem of perceived unfairness at TNTCO. The company's attempts to make amends have not changed the fact that the rejection highlights the continued discontent and unresolved issues.


Despite the grave accusations and unanswered questions, TNTCO has persisted in pursuing its commercial plans. In honor of the approaching football season, the brand recently announced a partnership with Carlsberg Malaysia to introduce a fashion line inspired by football. Through this partnership, TNTCO is demonstrating its continued dedication to innovation and its goal of growing its market share.


The collaboration, however, has attracted attention in light of the current controversy. Many observers are questioning whether the company’s focus on new ventures is an attempt to divert attention from the pressing issues within its workforce.
